This study evaluates the impact of a home-based program that allows family members to actively interact with clinicians while helping the stroke survivor perform activities and manage disabilities related to spatial neglect.

Participation lasts 9-10 weeks including 13 home-based sessions (1-2 hours each)
Inclusion Criteria
Stroke survivors:
- 18 years or older
- Have only had one unilateral stroke
- Have spatial neglect
Caregivers:
- 18 years or older
- Functionally independent
- Lives with a family member who is a stroke survivor with spatial neglect
Compensation
Compensation is provided in a shared payment of up to $250 for family member(s) and patient.
