Improving Psychological Wellbeing in Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

This study seeks to determine if an intervention aimed to treat depression and anxiety, may improve psychological wellbeing, coping, and quality of life in people with MS.

Participation involves 12 weeks of a group, online informational series, which will be conducted via Zoom. Participants complete a series of online assessments.

This study can be completed remotely and does not require in-person visits.

Inclusion Criteria
  • Individuals diagnosed with MS
  • significant depression and/or anxiety as determined by study staff
  • 18 years of age or older
  • English-speaking
  • Access to the internet
